Amber Merritt

Playing Basketball for me is creative, and artistic. Being able to freely move around the court, maneuvering, and thinking freely to overcome challenges, is like poetry in motion.

She has received 11 x awards for the top point scorer, 11 x all star 5 selection, and has twice been named the finals MVP and once the Season MVP. Off the court, Amber is a passionate advocate for people living with disability, especially children and those with an invisible disability. She loves collecting vintage garments, adventuring and learning to surf, as well as relaxing at home with her tea, family and partner.
