Beth Schilling

After an impressive performance at the AFLW U19 Championships – West Coast drafted Schilling via pick 24 in the 2021 draft.

Already tasting a glimpse of success after taking out the 2021 WAFLW Premiership for Peel Thunder, Beth is hungry for more as she is well on her way to dominating the league as a lethal defender at West Coast Eagles.

Beth started the 2024 season in outstanding form being awarded with Telstra AFLW Rising Star nominee in Round 2 and played 10 games in the 2024 season. This season’s high performance has earned Beth a 3-year contract extension at West Coast Eagles.

Going into her 5th season at the Eagles, Beth’s eagerness to consistently perform at the highest level represents a powerful asset for her team. Holding multiple skills up her sleeve, Beth’s capacity to dominate aerial contests, paired with her immense tackling pressure undoubtedly gives a difficult task ahead for her opposition.

Beth’s interests include tennis, traveling, spending time in nature, and crafting/sewing. An incredible talent, both on and off the field, Beth is currently studying a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, whilst also balancing her role as Residential Advisor at St Thomas More College.
