An experienced backliner with the Fremantle Dockers, Laura uses her strong communication and decision making ability to direct and guide the group, a key reason she was selected in the Season 7 Leadership group. Originally from basketball, Laura was drafted in 2018 to the Fremantle Dockers and made her debut in round 1 of the 2019 season, and has played almost every game since. Laura has played with Fremantle throughout 3 finals series including a preliminary final appearance in Season 7, and she’s determined to go one step further this season. Off the field, Laura holds a Masters of Occupational Therapy and is passionate about working with people living with dementia, disability and in under-serviced communities. She volunteers for Fair Game which utilises sporting programs and recycled sporting equipment to under serviced communities to encourage a healthy lifestyle. A natural entertainer, Laura and her teammate were awarded the Social Superstar award at the 2022 AFLW awards night for their hilarious social media posts documenting life on the road.
