Bio
Prior to coaching Renae was a standout athlete with achievements including WNBL Rookie of the Year, 2× WNBL Champion, 1× Grand Final MVP, U19 World Cup All-Star 5 and representing the Australian Opals 58 times. Following Renae’s 10-year career where she played professionally in both Australia and Europe, Renae moved into coaching and has become one of Australia’s leading female coaches.
Coaching honours include 2× NBL1 Coach of the Year and 1× NBL1 Championship as well as Assistant Coach roles with the Australian Opals and Sydney Flames in the WNBL, as well as being Head Coach of the Australian Gems, the women’s under 19 national team.
