Vicki is a versatile defender who can play across all 3 defensive positions but is most comfortable at GD, where she uses her speed, impressive vertical jump and ability to read the play to shut down opposition attacking flow. Vicki can play both man on and zone type defence and has the ability to be a great target in attack as well.
Vicki made her debut for the English Roses in 2017, before injury derailed her progress. Fighting her way back into the squad in 2023 was a career highlight, playing both Fast5 and the Taini Jamison Series against New Zealand in New Zealand. Now with 9 caps to her name, she is determined to continue to improve at this level.
Signed for new franchise London Mavericks in 2025, Vicki and the Mavericks started the year off well, winning the first 2 matches. Unfortunately Vicki tore her ACL In the first round, so will be on re-hab duty for most of 2025. No doubt her work ethic and drive will see her come back better than ever.
Outside of netball Vicki works as a Data Analyst, loves keeping busy, sharing her love of coaching to young players and travelling the world in her spare time. She is also passionate about Human Rights and Equality.
